Forgotten password

1. go to www.luckycloud.de
2. click on Login.
3. select "Forgot your password".
4. enter your email address in the appropriate field.
5. call the password recovery link we sent to your external email address. (If you did not receive a link, check your spam or call our support).

Change password

You can change your password directly in your profile.

1. log in to storage.luckycloud.com.
2. go to your profile settings. (Click on the cogwheel on the top right).
3. click on "Update" for your password.
4. by entering your old and new password, you can easily update your password.
